Discovery scope planning systematically risk assesses the worst-case scenarios; repairs; grinding or welding, replacements or potential modifications which may throw the timeline and critical paths out the window if various scenarios have not been scoped out sufficiently.
We aim to assist in the turnaround planning phase by working closely with your; inspection, process, corrosion and mechanical engineering teams to risk assess the worst-case scenarios of either expected or unplanned for findings during the inspection window. Risk assess each piece of equipment planned for inspection according to your company experience and our own industry experience to help you to plan accordingly.
Once the Discovery Scope risk assessment is completed, we can then coordinate with your engineering teams and external specialist providers, or should you wish, put you in touch with the expertise you may see the need for, to put together work packs for those circumstances that may arise from those awkward findings.
