2. Information we collect

When you contact us through this website — via the contact form, by email or by phone — we may collect your name, company, phone number, email address and the contents of your message. If you enable optional tracking, Google Analytics and HubSpot may also process browser, device and website-usage information, including online identifiers, as explained in section 6.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiries and correspond with you;
• provide information about our services where you have requested it;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process your personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business, or where necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We rely on your consent for optional Google Analytics and HubSpot website tracking. You can withdraw this consent through Cookie settings in the footer without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

6. Cookies and spam prevention

Essential browser storage keeps this website working and remembers your cookie choices. Optional Google Analytics cookies help us measure and improve site usage. Optional HubSpot tracking helps us understand website activity related to enquiries. These optional services remain off unless you choose them. You can accept all, reject optional tracking, or choose either service separately.

Our contact form uses self-hosted ALTCHA to reduce automated spam. Your browser performs a short proof-of-work calculation, and our server checks the signed result before processing an enquiry. This check does not use tracking cookies or send your information to an external CAPTCHA provider. We also use a hidden bot-trap field and short-lived security checks and request limits to prevent abuse. These protections work independently of optional analytics consent.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Your selection is saved in your browser. Choosing essential-only does not affect site browsing or use of the contact form. Google and HubSpot may process information when you enable their respective services; see the Google Privacy Policy and HubSpot Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Sharing your information

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as email providers), and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Any such providers are required to keep your information secure and confidential.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction or deletion of your personal information;
• object to or restrict our processing of your personal information;
• request a copy of your information in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the Norwegian Datatilsynet.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
